CNBC posted a video with Peter Mallouk insinuating that buying a home is a terrible investment. I think he is way off on his logic. Here's the link to his video: Buying a home that is within your means is one of the best investments one can make and should be pursued. Peter, in my opinion, was out of line on his numbers.
