Seberang Prai to enhance service delivery after city council upgrade

Penang State Housing, Local Government, Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP)  will have to enhance its service delivery now that it has achieved city council status.
