Taiwan Just Isn’t The Same Anymore

So many foreigners in Taiwan have told me how it's just not the same anymore. Taiwan has really straightened itself out in the last couple of years to because more of a developed country (yes I said country, lick a big one) and its quality of life has increased dramatically. Today I talk (with a massive hangover sorry) with Allen about some of the changes he's noticed.
