What happened when we open this large lump?

Large tough pilar cyst removed from back of head.
Using local anaesthetic Dr Khaled Sadek removes this persistent and very obvious lump from under the scalp.

This video is slightly different as it starts outside the clinic, walking along the banks of the river. Would be great to get peoples feedback on whether they liked the idea of filming outside the clinic as well as inside.
