Why you shouldn't lose your permit...

I had to stand inline for about 2 hours and 45 minutes, then finally they sat us down. Then for about another hour we waited sitting down and they finally attended us, then we spent 5-10 mins with this women who basically just as if I was me and took a pic, all because I lost my permit. Not the move.
