Process to Ban Work Permits for H 1B Visa Holder Spouses Started by US - Immigration News

The Trump administration has started the process to deny work permits to spouses of H-1B visa holders. This move will affect thousands of Indian tech workers who are working in the US.
A notice for the proposed rule-making was issued by the US government on May 22nd which will start the public consultations to stop the H-4 EAD (employment authorization document).
