STOP What You Are Doing And Take A Break From Life | 2-MINUTE DOSE OF MEDITATION The 2-minute meditation
Although you regularly need to meditate for at least 15-20 minutes to gain its profound benefits, you can also calm yourself down with this 2-minutes focused breathing meditation.

Please take a comfortable sitting position. Close your eyes gently and just loosen up your body keeping the spine straight (if you are in a place where you can’t sit, just do it while standing but it’s important to close your eyes).

Notice the rhythm of your breath for 10 seconds. Now, keeping a focus, slowly breathe in and imagine taking all positivity, strength, and happiness from your surroundings. Then slowly breathe out, imagining all your negative thoughts, stress and anxiety are coming out of your nostrils. Try to feel they are exiting your body in the form of black clouds. You can then smile and say goodbye to those black smokey negative clouds. Repeat this few times, and you can instantly feel relaxed and calm.

I would strongly advise incorporating this practice into your daily routine and make it a habit. Once you are comfortable doing it for 2 minutes, you can gradually increase the time.
