Tim Legler says that the Los Angeles Lakers are a 1-seed in the West even if Kawhi Leonard re-signs with the Toronto Raptors because of the talent of LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Kyle Kuzma. He says if Leonard signs with the Lakers they are a “stone cold lock” to win a championship.
