Many people do their research on Thailand via YouTube or other social media platforms. This video aims to set the record straight on some of the myths people hear about Thailand before they come. The myths are as follows:
Thailand is always hot. Not true, There are plenty of places in the country that maintains a reasonable temperature. Cell phone service and the internet are unreliable and slow throughout Thailand. This is probably the biggest myth of them all. Not only is cell service cheap, but it can be just as fast as it is in the states. You can find WiFi throughout the country. I highly recommend T-Mobile as your international calling plan. All Thai food is spicy. If it were, I could not live her, because I cannot eat spicy food. Many cities such as Pattatya, Bangkok, and Chiang Mai offer any kind of western food yo want. When I get off the plane in Bangkok, I'm going to get robbed. Not likely if you have done your homework. Have a grabb car waiting to pick you up.
