Obviously FedEx fails this First Amendment audit... for calling the police but the police that showed up was very professional fully understood that we we're doing a constitutionally protected activity tried to tell FedEx on the phone there's nothing they can do as long as we're not blocking the road. It's also worth saying this is one of multiple good encounters I've had with Wilmington.
Police " you guys exercising your first amendment rights ... it's an opportunity to educate us"
