the 1st of June, 2019, many of whom had never attended a concert of Classical music in their lifetime.
With his unique brand of presentation, amusing anecdotes, insightful explanations, meticulous selection of songs, amazing support from his favourite accompanists and the all prevailing spirit of Harmony and celebration that characterizes each and every concert of Varma ji, it turned out to be a delightful feast for three hours where so many songs in so many languages were covered and everyone went home with a song in their heart.
