Tens of millions enduring record-setting high temperatures Washington D.C. joined dozens of cities in declaring a weather-related emergency ahead of record-breaking temperatures expected throughout the weekend. Cities in the Midwest are also preparing for extreme heat, but the East Coast is expected to take the brunt of it. Temperatures will range from the mid-90s to triple digits, with the heat index making it feel upwards of 115 degrees. Natalie Brand reports.
