Ayurvedic remedies to deal with Anxiety naturally-Dr. Prashanth S Acharya Anxiety may be due to various reasons. It might be due to job, studies, no job, salary, money. No money, excess money, interview, examinations, psychiatric reasons, quarrels, anything in a person’s life, this anxiety is a symptom but not a disease by itself. But in this particular talk I will give you few tips that can be a general remedy for most of the anxiety related symptoms. One is apply oil on your scalp on a regular basis. What do you mean by regular basis? Once in days, castor oil works wonders warm castor oil with few curry leaves and it can be applied on your scalp and wash it with shikakai or soap nut powder, not any shampoos. Do it weekly trice for 2 weeks and you will see good results. Apart for it the other suggestions are you can meditate 10 to 15 minutes. Exercise and sweat it put, it is a good remedy. One of the easiest remedy is using a fig or anjeeer. In 150 ml of milk put one anjeer into it and wait for 10 minutes and once it is soft, wet it followed by drinking the milk what is left over on the glass. Apart for it you can easily consume ashwadangha in the form of tablet or powder with hot milk or a decoction of ashwagandha, which reduces the anxiety which can be taken as a supplement without the consultation of a doctor. Here all these things are done together along with handing the causative factor of anxiety. In Ayurveda it is called as nidana parivarjanameva chikitsa. If the root cause is identified and revised, then the problem is resolved.
