DAIRY-FREE Iced Starbucks Recipes (at Home) IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOUND HERE:

-If you do not have an espresso machine and don't want to invest too much money into one, check out a stove top espresso pot (inexpensive and easy to use):

-You can buy the Cinnamon Dolce and Vanilla Syrups I used in this video DIRECTLY FROM STARBUCKS - just ask the barista. You can also use other brands found on Amazon (Torani & Monin are good). I will have them listed further down.

RECIPES AND EXACT MEASUREMENTS (all recipes are for 12oz drinks except cold brew recipe - you can adjust the syrups and espresso shots to your preference):

Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato:

- 1/2 TBS Cinnamon Dolce Syrup


- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk


- 1/2 Cup Ice

- 1 Shot Espresso


- 1 TBS Dairy-Free Caramel (Coconut Caramel is what I use)


-1/4 TSP Cinnamon


DIRECTIONS:

-Add cinnamon dolce syrup to cup with almond milk and stir to combine.
-Add ice and top slowly with shot of espresso. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the drink and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato:
-1/2 TBS White Mocha Sauce or Marshmallow Topping


- 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk


- 1/2 Cup Ice

- 1 Shot of Espresso


- 1 TBS Mocha or Chocolate Sauce


- 1 TBS Caramel Sauce


DIRECTIONS:
-Add white mocha sauce or marshmallow cream to cup with coconut milk. Stir to combine.
-Add ice and slowly top with shot of espresso.
-Drizzle mocha and caramel sauce over top of drink to finish.

Vanilla "Sweet Cream" Cold Brew (Almond Milk Sweet Cream)
-1 Cup Almond Milk


- 1/4 TSP Vanilla Extract


- 1/4 TSP Vanilla Syrup


- 3/4 Cup Ice

- 2 Cups Store Bought or Fresh Cold Brew (video linked below on how to make at home)


DIRECTIONS:
-add almond milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla syrup to a shaker or cup with lid. Shake milk and syrups for 30 seconds.
-Pour cold brew over ice and top with almond milk sweet cream.

Iced Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Latte
-3/4 Cup Coconut Milk


- 1/2 TBS Dairy Free Vanilla Bean Powder (you can also use powder vanilla creamers or even vanilla protein powder)


- 1/2 Cup Ice

- 1 Shot of Espresso


DIRECTIONS:
-Add almond milk and vanilla bean powder to shaker or cup with lid with a few pieces of ice. Shake for 30 seconds until powder is blended and dissolved.
-Add liquid to the remainder of ice and top with espresso.

Dairy-Free Starbucks Double Shot on Ice
- 1 TSP Simple Syrup (sugar and water boiled)
- 1 Cup Ice
- 2 Shot of Espresso


- Splash of Almond Milk or Any Dairy Free Milk


DIRECTIONS:
- Add simple syrup and two shots of espresso to shaker or cup with lid with a few cubes of ice. Shake for 15 seconds or until a layer of foam forms.
-Pour liquid over remainder of ice and add a splash of dairy free milk.
