1. Japanese curry is one of the most popular dishes in Japan. Along with the sauce, a wide variety of vegetables and meats are used to make Japanese curry. The basic vegetables are onions, carrots, and potatoes. Beef, pork, and chicken are the most popular meat choices.
2. Japanese curry uses curry powder with less spices whereas Indian curry uses a variety of bases such as cumin, paprika, turmeric, and many more. Indian curry is more vibrant and bursting with flavor, while Japanese curry is sumptuous and “umami” but in a more understated manner.

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
1 pack of mush rooms
3 potatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 curry sauce mix
Cooking process
1) cutting the ingredients into small pieces
2) put olive oil into pan
3) add and heat onion until it gets transparent,
4) add chicken breads, mush rooms, zucchini, egg plants, carrots and potatoes,
5) fill with water until all ingredients are soaked,
6) boil until potatoes and carrots get soft on a low to medium heat.
7) crumble the curry roux into the pan and stir it well and simmer for 5 minutes
