[LIVE!] SHINY BULBASAUR IS UNCATCHABLE APPARENTLY!! (or at least this one seemed to be) Pokemon LGPE

Hey guys, KangasKid18 here and today I'm back with my latest Shiny Pokemon from Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee - today it's Shiny Bulbasaur, which I found but only after a Shiny Pikachu showed up first! Turns out this Bulbasaur had ESP or something and would NOT get caught!
