My Mk2 Fiesta Track Car Build! (Ep.1 - Starting Point)

My Mk2 Fiesta Track Car Build! (Ep.1 - Starting Point) So this is part one of my 1985 Mk2 Ford Fiesta Dash track car project and rebuild! I picked this car up fairly cheap and you can see that. It’s rusty, faded and the engine needs a lot of work including a full year down and rebuild, but in the end it should end up being an awesome little car, which should hopefully also be a bit of a track weapon!

The basic spec of the car is as follows;
- 1985 Fiesta Dash
- Bucket seat and race steering wheel
- Capri 2.8i Pepperpots
- KYB Suspension
- Polybushes
- 1.6 Ford CVH engine with a Kent CVH22 Cam and 40 Weber Carb
- Big exhaust
- Many Broken and rusty parts!

In this video I am just showing the car in it’s current state, including the rust (which is pretty bad to be completely honest!), the engine and interior. There are a lot of plans and updates coming soon so if you enjoyed it and have any advice then please feel free to give it! please don’t forget to like and subscribe to keep up with the updates that will be coming out weekly if not more often!

Thank you all for watching! See you guys again next week
