Back in Thailand - Living or Retiring in Pattaya on $1000 a Month #1

Back in Thailand - Living or Retiring in Pattaya on $1000 a Month #1 Starting off my budget travel videos by living in Pattaya on less than $1000 per month. In theory, this should be a reasonable retirement budget for general living. Of course, backup savings should be kept in case of emergencies and unexpected costs.

I managed to get a great deal on a comfortable and functional room at just 4000 baht per month in central Pattaya.

I have to pay electricity bills on top of that so will have to live on less than 1000 baht per day. It's perfectly doable but will require me to be a little more thrifty in daily living.

The plan is to upload regular updates on living in Pattaya on a budget whilst I'm here and will get deeper into the travel vlogs towards the end of the year.
