As a Flat Waterer, it's a blessing to be able to go out and observe what others believe to be the opposite. Many people my age or older still believes that large bodies of water curves and is magnetized to a flying blue ball in space with a bright silhouette of white light around the edges of the said spinning ball in dark space....whoa Logic and I took a trip down to Sylvan Beach after measuring points of interest on Google Earth.
It's one of the simplest forms of disproving the ball earth theory according to the Curvature Calculations of the earth....because....because it has to have a curve somewhere to be round...
Starting at 3 miles the curvature is supposed to start it's rounding. I did 20 miles I also did 15 miles and now 14 miles with no visible curvature in sight. I know...I know if I didn't see it at 20...lol Yeah I know.
But These are the more local places I can visit in a short time away from work...granted they are 2, 3 and 4 hours away...But I enjoy this journey so much that Logic and I take these trips to see what we already know....
Flat Water!!!! all 72% of it so maybe 28% of the dry land is curved....Hmmmmm
The Sun is NOT 94 million miles away either
