Ingredients:
Frozen Pineapple
Frozen Raspberries
Almond Milk unsweetened vanilla or regular - or any milk of choice
Yogurt - any yogurt works great!
Flax Seed
Chia Seed
NOTE: If you are not use to consuming fiber you may not want to add the amount I put in as demonstrated in the video. I love flax seed and chia seed, so I'm use to consuming a lot of it.
Instructions:
I just eyeball the amount of fruit I want to add
add a about 1/2 cup of almond milk
about 1 cup of yogurt
and eyeball the amount of flax seed and chia seed (add small amount if not use to eating flax or chia seed)
