How Big Should Your Menu Be?

In this video, I discuss how big the menu should be for a boba shop. Now some people may prefer a larger menu, but I personally prefer a smaller one. The reason why is that it is easier to teach, easier to keep inventory of ingredients, and easier to master, but let me know what you think.
