Jeannie Mai recently discussed mental health and her experience with therapy. She opened up about her journey for growth and finding perspective over her past as well as her purpose. Jeannie stated that "Broken Trust and disregard are (still) her triggers. As we all know just a couple months after Jeannie announced her divorce (in 2017) from Freddy Harteis, he announced he was expecting his first child with his girlfriend Linsey Toole. The timeline of the conception and birth of the child raised a lot of questions about if Freddy was unfaithful during the marriage. Well fast forward two years, Freddy has given Linsey a ring, they have one daughter, and it was recently announced that they are expecting baby #2. Through it all Jeannie has maintained a positive outlook on the situation while moving on with her newly single BEST LIFE. With her positive perspective there still remains some hurt and triggers as she moves forward with her life. Therapy has helped Jeannie Mai GROW & GLOW and she is sharing her experience with us all.
