Basic Ingredients:

Whole Spices
10 Pepper corn
5 Cloves
5 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 small piece of cinnamon stick

Marination for Chicken
1 Kg Chicken
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp lemon juice/ Vinegar
2 tsp Salt ( or to taste)
2 tsp Chicken Masala Powder
Marinate Chicken for 1 hour

Dry Spices
1tsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Chicken Masala Powder
2 pinch Asfoetida
2 tsp Sugar ( optional)
1tbsp kasturi Methi leaves dry
Salt to taste

Gravy Ingredients:

2 Cups Bitten Curd/ Yoghurt/Dahi/Doi
1/2 cup cashew/ Kaju Paste
4 Big Boiled Onions Paste (reserve onion boiled water)
2 tbsp Butter

Garnish Ingredients:

1tsp Butter
10 Cashew / Kaju
10 Raisins / Kismish
Fresh Chopped coriander leaves
