She tried to keep British Stiff Upper Lip. I used the Wig and Tiara as a makeshift moonbump but it fell out of my dress... but seriously folks....
A stiff upper lip does not mean suppressing emotions.
It means that you get on with things despite what is going on internally & that you don’t give in to self pity in times of adversity & instead place focus on a solution. And yes, there are times you need to talk about your emotions and/or seek professional help. And yes, keeping a stiff upper lip is very valuable in a leadership position.
As a point of interest, I tried to recreate the ''polo tent dress''. This is from my Renaissance gown I made, there is supposed to be a corset over the dress, but it makes a nice army tent.
