In this Video I've talked about the ideal Rep range for weight training.
When it comes to weight training Rep ranges should vary according to your goals of strength, hypertrophy and endurance.
I'll always advise doing a mix of all the rep ranges which will improve you in every aspect and will also prevent you from plateauing.
Here's what You can do
Train in the 6-12 rep range for 70 percent of your training and keep including the lower and higher rep ranges accordingly.
I generally do 1-5 rep range training in my compound lifts (Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, Overhead Press) for 3-4 weeks after every 6-7 weeks.
Keep varying your rep ranges while training, good luck.
