材料 Ingredients
豬肚兩個 2 Pig stomachs
500克豬骨(有肉的) 500g Pork bones (with meat)
300g 潮州鹹酸菜 300g Pickled mustard green (Chiu Chow style)
10g 白胡椒粒 10g White peppercorns
4g 黑胡椒粒 4g Black peppercorns
10g 杞子10g Goji berries

豬肚出水材料 Blanching aromatics:
兩片厚切薑片(拍鬆)2 thick slices of ginger (gently crushed)
兩粒紅蔥頭(拍鬆)2 shallots (gently crushed)

清洗豬肚的材料 Pig stomach preparation ingredients:
兩湯匙白醋 2 TBS white vinegar
兩湯匙鹽(粗鹽較佳) 2 TBS salt (coarse/fine)
