Reckless lorry on orchard road nearly causing collision with my car :(

It was 5 Oct 3:40pm on Orchard road after the CentrePoint. This reckless lorry driver suddenly cross the double white line without signal and cut into my lane which nearly caused collision on my car, Is he siao or what?” :(
