This house has been for sale for over a month with no offers! We have had some great feedback but things have slowed down. We are hoping that staging our houses will make them sell quicker. We have never had to stage homes in the past, but we have to be flexible in changing markets. We are also having professional photos taken as well as the pictures I take on my phone may not do the trick anymore!
This is one of our 18 active flips we have going. We have a few under contract to sell, but a few that are not selling too. We took four houses off the market to get them staged and professional photos taken. We will update everyone on how the process goes and if it works!
