Seller comfortable someone else control destiny their credit (if already damaged not as big deal)
Due on Sale Clause – be prepared refi or payoff (slight chance this happen)
Possible Double Insurance cost
Need change mailing address so you know if escrow changes
Should get own insurance or get your name added policy so covered fire, storm liability
