Talib Kweli opened up to VladTV about Killer Mike being a supporter of ADOS founder Antonio "Tone Talks" Moore, who Talib has openly said he doesn't agree with. He then shared that Killer Mike spoke to Tone Talks about ADOS supporting the H.R. 40 pro-reparations bill on their website and dissing it online. Talib explained that ADOS later took down their support for H.R. 40 on their website, which makes him question the group.
Talib went on to share his thoughts on Kanye showing support for controversial conservative commentator Candace Owens. Talib explained that he warned Kanye about Owens being problematic, adding that he was disappointed in Kanye for continuing to show support despite Owens' political views and alignment. He also revealed that Kanye stopped supporting Candance over a fashion disagreement, not her political views. Talib Kweli opened up to VladTV about a statement he made during an interview with Rev. Mark Thompson, where he said that cutting a check for reparations has a low shelf life. Talib went on to tell the back story behind his statement, including reiterating Rev. Thompson's view that cash for reparations isn't a good idea. Talib also spoke about Rev. Thompson and actor Danny Glover being a target of ADOS, which you can hear more about above.
