Carpio's retirement goal is to convince Duterte to assert arbitral ruling

Retired Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio says during a testimonial dinner organized by journalists on October 29, 2019, that the goal after retirement is to convince President Rodrigo Duterte to assert to China the arbitral ruling that awarded us unequivocal rights to the islands in the West Philippine Sea.
