In this episode, I had the daunting task of removing the first panel I have ever removed from a car. It just so happened to be the BMW E30 Touring. One of the engines covering plates was rusted through in some places so I wanted to replace it completely. This was also a good practice for the BMW E30 325i Sport bodywork series I'll be starting shorting on this channel. Also in this episode, I bend a new brake pipe and get the engine ready to be reinstalled.

Next episode I'll prepare the area for the new panel and weld it in. I'll also install the transmission onto the engine ready for it to be installed.

Thanks for watching. Subscribe with the bell on to see how I get on welding in a new panel.
