Dishonesty claims against Enterprise directors made when needed, says Sir Peter Caruana QC

A claim of dishonesty against Enterprise Insurance non-executive Directors was only made by liquidator, Freddie White, when there was a need for it, according to Sir Peter Caruana QC.

Sir Peter was speaking at the Supreme Court on day four of a hearing relating to the collapsed insurance company.
