I noticed that my cellphone could log on to D+ when on cell data but when on my home WIFI it would give me an error73 code. So I decided to try using my phone as a hotspot and disconnect from the home network. Once I get logged in I then reconnnect my home network and enjoy Disney+. It appears that the website is trying to get my location IP and is instead getting my router provide home IP.
