I Built My Pet Raccoon a $5,000 enclosure! : Raccoon Real Estate!

Once we moved out of our old house it was time for Tito and Cheeto to get an upgrade to their enclosure! Here is the first part of their new home! The house we bought was perfect for our two raccoons! Eventually, they both will be moving in together! Although it was a decent upfront cost it was well worth the investment as it provides enough living space for tito and cheeto! I will be expanding this enclosure in the future to give them 24/7 access to the outdoors!

Materials used:
ZooPoxy (zoo grade epoxy) from polygem inc
2 inch thick foam insulation board
3.5 inch screws
large washers
spray foam
concrete sealant
mold inhibiting paint
2x4s
