As the university academic year was starting in August and the fresh men for the Universities reporting; something happened. This was all in Makerere University in Uganda where a continuing student took a photo of a fresh man heading to his hall of residence carrying a metallic box which is mostly perceived as a secondary school commodity not fit for the university.
