Odoo 13: How to choose different destination location in DO?

Example:
Customer order 100 cartons of Ceiling Board, due to the fact that we have no enough stock to supply them,
so we are just able to deliver 30 cartons to our customer office first,
and balance 70 cartons will be waiting for incoming stock. May be after 2 weeks later, our incoming shipment have arrived at our warehouse, and customer is urgent for this stock, so they have requested we arrange deliver to site directly instead of their office.
