'Our graffiti is a form or art'

Francis Joven, representative of Panday Sining, maintains that the graffiti they've painted in the Lagusnilad underpass is a form of art and that they are aware of the legal repercussions in every art they share to the public. He also introduces his group "Panday Sining" as a group for artists to help the public promote their freedom.
