Body Fat Percentage Measurement Tools can be a great tool to measure your physical progress. It shows exactly how much fat you have on your body, how much muscle mass (lean body mass) you have on your frame, and based on that data you can alter your next move. But a lot of times, people tend to underestimate OR overestimate their own/someone else's body fat percentage based on the look of the individual. There are lots of people who CLAIM to be 8% bodyfat, while they might end up being 10%, 12% or 15% when they actually get it tested by a DEXA scan, body fat caliper, bodpod and so forth.
This is why I decided to make a video covering a couple of people who've gone through a DEXA scan (which might be the most accurate and trustworthy tool on the market when it comes to getting your body fat tested), to give you an accurate perspective on what real body fat percentages ACTUALLY look like. This might be a surprise to a lot of you!
