-Emaciated, hairless, overgrown nails and terrified. Phanada thought she escaped her abuser, only to find herself imprisoned in a full shelter. She is in horrific condition. She has obviously been confined, purposely starved and neglected. How a person could so cruelly do this to her is beyond comprehension. Phanada is being taken to the vet to start her medical care!
