Taiwan's east coast looks like New Zealand and is something you cannot miss! Travelling south from Hualien city, Ash and I encounter temples, mountains and breathtaking coastline. we honestly thought we were in New Zealand.
We didn't know what to expect when making this trip down the east coast, but it was well worth it. Taiwan has such a diverse natural landscape, that is stunning no matter where you look.

We stop at a shrine, a beach, a starbucks made out of shipping containers, a temple, an incredible lookout and the most amazing coastal rock formations.

However, I am currently living in Singapore, working as a teacher at an international school. It is a dream job for not only me, but my partner Ashleigh too.
