The brand new Terminator movie, Dark Fate, is about to his screens everywhere, and with Sarah Connor back for the fight, this one looks like it’s going to be good. Along with a new humanoid cyborg named Grace, Arnold Schwarzenegger back reprising his iconic role, and a terrifying new terminator unit called the Rev-9, it looks like an epic addition to the Terminator franchise.
But there are a few things about the new Rev-9 that might seriously surprise you. For starters, it’s not your grandmother’s terminator, it is something entirely new. This model can actually split entirely in two, and remain just as strong as two separate entities than as one. It does this by actually separating it’s “skin” with its endoskeleton, allowing it to be extremely agile and a terrifying opponent. The Rev-9 isn’t the only powerful fighter, however. We still wouldn’t want to mess with Sarah Connor, especially after all of the training Linda Hamilton went through to slip back into the role. Mackenzie Davis who plays Grace also had to transform her entire body to take on the part. And Gabriel Luna, who plays Rev-9 not only quit smoking and drinking to get into shape, but also shot his biggest fight scene with two cracked ribs!
