In the video, Stephen Nichols, an 84-year-old Korean War Veteran, lost his school crossing guard job, and had his guns confiscated based on a false report from a waitress. The waitress overheard only part of the conversation Nichols was having with his co-worker. She mistakenly concluded that he was a danger to the school. Even though Nichols got his job back, he did not get his guns back. According to reports, he does not have the financial means to hire an attorney to clear his name in court and get his property returned to him which could cost approximately $20,000 or more in legal fees.
