Convert a Colour Image to Black & White with Lightroom followed by Sharpening

I convert a colour photo to Black & White using the Adobe Monochrome Colour Profile. I then adjust the contrast using the B&W Panel using the Targeted Adjustment Tool. Finally I do a sharpen.
