How To Free Up Your Sciatic Nerve In Your Back | Ed Paget

How To Free Up Your Sciatic Nerve In Your Back | Ed Paget The nervous system is a complete unit. Meaning that your sciatic nerve is directly attached to your spinal cord which, in turn, is connected to your brain.

What this means is that when you move your leg and head into flexion it will stretch the spine.

Take a seat and sit upright. Simply take one leg and straighten it. This will move your sciatic nerve and start to free up any tension or tethering that has happened to it.

Repeat about 5-10 times both sides the first time you do it.
