Maximizing Tongue Posture|Bone Remodeling Effectiveness with Nutrients In previous videos, I have posited and explained how tongue posture or mewing as it is unconventionally known is key to better bone structure. However, just tongue posture alone isn’t sufficient to get a stronger facial structure, and the idea I wish to expound upon in this video is that tongue posture can be combined with certain nutrients to speed up bone remodeling, for better results.

Thus, I have compiled research on 4 nutrients- Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D and Vitamin K- to explain how these impact bone remodeling- and research on the bone remodeling process itself, and put together this video to show you how they affect the process and in what quantities to take them.
