NEET Application Form 2020 - National Testing Agency will release NEET 2020 application form on December 2, 2019, from 4:00 PM in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in. The last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019. Applicants must first complete NEET registration before filling the details in the NEET application form 2020, uploading photograph and signature, payment of application fee and finally submitting the form. NEET application fee can be paid in online mode or offline through SBI Echallan. Correction of any mistakes in the application form of NEET 2020 will be available tentatively in the second week of January. Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria of NEET before they fill the NEET application form 2020.
