Optimize API Return Kilobytes, not only Eloquent

I see performance optimization going around Eloquent and Database. But in modern API-first world there's another important metric to optimize for.

Sorry for not perfect example because of some weird slowness of my server, but you should get the message - watch for the amount of data you return from API.
