Now that you have your Big Goals written out and you have claimed a month to have them complete, its time to get DEEP! This, by far, will be one of the most challenging things you will do during this exercise. What will it take, what pain will you have to go through, to make that goal become real? I want you to look at each individual goal and really go deep, one by one, on what actions you will need to take to accomplish that goal. Here is a quick example:
I want to make $420,000 by December of 2020
· I will have 5 pipelines/marketing channels I will work in.
· I will need to sell 60 homes by December.
· I will need to sell 5 homes per month to reach my goal.
· The 5 Marketing Channels I will be in will be Cold Calling, Company Firepoint Leads, Social Media, Open Houses, Sphere of Influence.
· I will Cold Call 1 Hour Per day, 5 days a week each month for a total of 240 hours of calling by December.
· Cold Calling Will give me 4 Listings per month for a total of 48 listings by December.
· I will sell 50% of those Cold Call listings for 24 sales by December.
· Company Firepoint Leads will give me 2 Quality Clients per month for 24 quality clients by December.
· I will call Firepoint leads for 1 hour per day, 5 days a week each month for a total of 240 hours of calling by December.
· I will follow up on Firepoint leads for 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week each month for a total of 120 hours by December.
· I will organize and manage my Firepoint database for 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week each month for a total of 12 hours by December.
· I will close 12 Company Firepoint Leads by December.
· Social Media will give me 12 Quality clients by December.
· I will work my Business Social Media for 1 hour per day, 5 days a week for a total of 240 hours by December.
· I will spend $100 a month in paid advertising on social media to push my personal brand awareness and exposure in the marketplace, each month for 12 months.
· I will close 6 of the 12 Social Media Leads by December.
· I will do 6 Open Houses per month for a total of 72 Open Houses
· I will get 3 Quality Clients per month for a total of 36 quality clients at Open Houses.
· I will help 50% of those quality clients buy a home for a total of 18 homes sold.
· I will buy my personal branded Open House signs, a total of 20 so I can have my face and my number on the streets, when ever I hold an open house.
· I will always place 20 Open House signs out, every time I have an open house.
· I will cold call/circle dial the neighborhood prior to every open house to invite the neighbors and to also farm for new listings, for every open house.
· I will door knock 10 houses to the right, 10 houses to the left and 20 houses across the street, prior to every open house I do.
· I will close a total of 60 homes by December.
You could go MUCH deeper, but this is only an example of the detail I want you to write out. Make sure you get deep into the specific tasks and actions you need to take in order to meet your goal, by the month you want to accomplish it. Don’t take it easy on yourself when you write this part out. This is the foundation to your monthly and weekly tasks and actions you need to take so you can get what you want.
