Reintroducing gray wolves to Colorado is not as simple as it sounds

If the more than 211,000 petition signatures that were turned in to the Secretary of State’s Office are verified, Colorado voters could soon decide whether gray wolves should be reintroduced to the state. But the process to make that happen isn't so black and white.
